7:30: Contract Killers (1-2) vs. Giv3 N’ Go (2-1)
The Contract Killers let one slip away last week and Giv3 N’ Go suffered their first loss. It’s a rebound week for both teams. If Giv3 N’ Go is as good as many think they are, this is a statement game for them. The Contract Killers have a solid squad, but chemistry and communication issues have plagued them thus far, including in last week’s game vs. the Tropics.
Player to Watch: Bill Ioannides

Martin Salinas will be on the other end, one of the league’s best shooters. But so is “Wild Bill,” and keeping pace or even outperforming Salinas will be a big factor in this one.

7:30: Bucket Squad (0-3) vs. The Sizzle (1-2)
The Sizzle finally found their way into the win column last week, defeating The Soldiers in a thriller. This week they take on the team’s only squad without a win and look to keep it that way. It’s a good opportunity for The Sizzle to start building a winning foundation in preparation for the second half of the season.

Player to Watch: Antonio Blackmon
The lightning quick guard shares point guard duties with Justin Williford. The latter is more of a pure point guard but Blackmon is more of a scorer and leads the team with 14.3 PPG and also averages a hefty 3.3 steals every Thursday.

8:30: The Soldiers (2-1) vs. Easy Money (2-1)
Probably the game of the week right here. The Soldiers come off a tough loss against The Sizzle while Easy Money has put together back-to-back wins coming off a forgettable season opener. It’s a statement game, for sure, between two very good teams.

Player to Watch: Paul Starr
Starr will have to outplay Benny Valentine for The Soldiers to be in this one. They have a winning record and are no doubt a talented group, but they need contributions everywhere to subsidize the losses of Johntel Franklin and Brandon Long.

8:30: Tropics (1-2) vs. Getting Older (3-0)
The Tropics made a big pick-up in the off week, acquiring Brett Williams. This adds a scoring punch and point guard presence to an already dynamic roster that seem poised for a big second half. Getting Older is the best team in the league, but the question of next best could very well be these Tropics.

Player to Watch: Adam Miller
Miller is one of the better players in Ultimate Hoops Plano. He does everything and does it well. Unfortunately, Getting Older has quite a few of those guys. Miller must lead by example and have his team ready to go to try and knock off the undefeated two-time defending champions.
